If an unrestricted code (voucher) is used to purchase a course, sales tax is applied as instructed by state laws during the check out. In this situation the course is subject to sales tax, as the individual is deemed to be the customer.

I am not able to find the correct email request for additional questions about the tax. Can someone provide the email address (voicemail is full) or answer a question?
Staff have already been issued vouchers and now ONS has put a tax on the course so there is an additional tax that is not covered by the voucher for the course around $26. Is there an option since it was purchased before the tax started?
